Delivery Procedure
Delivery timescales is between 2 to 14 Working Days. Once order is placed, We will confirm an exact date of delivery with you and time slot given day before.
Delivery timelines
Deliveries are typically completed Monday to Sunday, 7am to 9pm, excluding Bank Holidays. In all cases, delivery date and time will be agreed with you beforehand.
In rare circumstances traffic/weather could cause delay but we will keep in touch throughout day if this is the case.
The driver will also call approximately one hour prior delivery to keep you informed.
Please ensure someone is in to take it as Charges may apply if delivery is missed and to be rebooked
Delivery to remote areas
We offer delivery to most standard mainland UK areas with an estimated lead-time quoted above. Please navigate to postcode checker to see which areas may occur extra charges.
Delivery Terms
We offer a one man delivery service which only covers ground floor door step delivery however if you want the goods taking to a upper level if its an apartment or flat, there may be an additional charge and the driver must be assisted. Also the pathway to the floor of choice must be clear.
DELIVERY CHECKS
Every piece of furniture sent out undergoes a rigorous quality assessment and is also re-checked against your order specifications.
Damage or inaccuracies are infrequent but can happen, so we ask that you check your products whilst our team is with you.
If you’re not 100% happy when you inspect them, let our delivery team know at that moment or contact us so that we can immediately rectify the issue for you.
Please note once the courier driver has left , they will not be liable for damage as its been inspected and a fee will occur to return and inspect the mattress once again.
