Order cancellations

Should you change your mind about your purchase we have a 24 hour cooling off period in which you can cancel your order, we will need written or verbal communication from yourself ‘customer’ within this time period in order to cancel.

Once an order has been confirmed for delivery, production will start. Customers can still cancel the order but there will be a 50% cancellation fee to cover the loss of materials, administration and processing time.

Once your order is delivered we don’t accept returns of made-to-order items unless they are faulty or we have delivered the wrong product.

Returns/ Refunds

When you buy from Victoria Beds, you are purchasing a piece of furniture unique to you. Every item that leaves our doors is made-to-order  and individual to your specifications. For these reasons, we don't accept returns of made-to-order items unless they are faulty or we have delivered the wrong product.

We strongly suggest all items delivered are checked thoroughly whilst the delivery team is there as once they have left, charges could occur for returns.

Please note mattress are not covered for returns after 24 hours due to hygiene reasons.

There will be a standard collection charge of £60 for mattress If within 100 miles range. Extra charges could occur depending on postcode.

Please check with our team of delivery charges of any replaced items to avoid any inconvenience 

Failed deliveries

If you are not available in-person to accept on the delivery day and 4-hour slot we have agreed with you, we reserve the right to charge a fee of £60 for redelivery.

Manufacturers Warranty

With all of our products you will also secure a free one years manufacturers warranty. This warranty starts from the day that you receive your delivery. However, some exclusions do apply. If you disassemble the bed for any reason or move the bed to a different property your warranty will be void

Data Protection

We comply with all the statutory requirements of the data protection act 1998 as well with general data protection regulations and all your personal information is confidential and secure. Your information will never be shared or sold to any third party company.
